Junior Project Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead or support the project development process.

• Collect needs and specifications for project development.

• Track timelines; create spreadsheets and presentations.

• Ensure documentation control is maintained.

• Generate reports, manuals, and/or test documentation or documentation for utilized tools.

• Produce files designed for project execution and automation.

• Request corrections for features when discrepancies are found.

• Maintain precise and efficient oversight of all activities conducted.

• Address information discrepancies or operational challenges impacting projects at the client site.

• Verify the proper functioning of tools and functionalities specifically used by the department.

• Seek development or corrections for tools pertinent to the team’s tasks.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to promote an effective working environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D

• Skills in mechanical technical drawing

• Intermediate level of computer skills

• Completion of SENAI apprenticeship course
