Junior Program Manager, AI Studio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure timely production across various AI content accounts by monitoring deliverables, deadlines, and transitions.

• Take ownership of the weekly workflow: preparing for meetings, creating agendas, taking notes, and following up to prevent any oversights.

• Identify potential roadblocks early and assist the team in resolving them before they escalate into urgent issues.

• Facilitate the progress of projects among creative teams, automations, and client work.

• Manage and update the studio's Notion workspace, including hubs, trackers, role documentation, and the knowledge base.

• Maintain and document processes to ensure the team has access to a single source of truth.

• Develop and enhance templates, databases, and views that increase the efficiency of the entire team.

• Keep track of and manage dashboards for content output, account statuses, and team capacity.

• Compile clear status updates and performance reports for leadership.

• Update the hiring, onboarding, and outreach trackers regularly.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and contractors, including account setups, tools, access, and first-week arrangements.

• Collaborate across creative, automations, and client teams to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Take on additional project coordination responsibilities as the studio expands.

• Early in your career and genuinely enthusiastic about AI, media, and large-scale content production.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain composed amidst numerous moving parts.

• Proficient in Notion, or a quick learner who enjoys creating organized systems.

• A strong written communicator capable of aligning a remote, asynchronous team.

• Self-driven and dependable, the type of person who completes tasks without needing prompts.

• Interest in progressive issues, social justice, or advocacy is advantageous.

• Familiarity with social media, content production, or AI tools is a plus, though not essential.

• Must reside in the United States.
