This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Assist in the deployment of Impress and e-Services solutions for our clients.

• Help configure workflows related to document management and digital communication.

• Engage in customer onboarding processes and aid in the setup of solutions.

• Offer support to clients under the guidance of senior team members.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Consulting, Presales, Support) on client projects.

• Learn to convert technical concepts into viable business solutions.

• Consistently enhance your knowledge and progress towards becoming a subject matter expert.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

• Basic experience in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, or similar).

• A keen interest in working with systems, integrations, and digital solutions.

• Strong desire to learn and acquire new technical and consulting abilities.

• Good analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective communication skills and a strong motivation to engage with clients.

• Proficient in both German and English.
