Junior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage actively in agile ceremonies.

• Establish acceptance criteria for features, ensuring validation of business and product rules based on the gathered requirements.

• Confirm the completion of user stories, ensuring that acceptance criteria are fulfilled.

• Maintain an updated and prioritized backlog, including epics and stories.

• Clearly and continuously communicate the product vision, progress, and updates to stakeholders.

• Create functional documentation for development, including use cases, user stories, and specifications.

• Monitor and document the progress of deliveries and developed features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Proficient in advanced English – both the selection process and daily operations will be conducted in English.

• Prior experience in a similar role.

• Demonstrated proactivity in conducting analyses.

• Strong communication skills with technical teams.

• Experience in the renewable energy sector is preferred.

• Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, MS Project, or similar) is desirable.

• Understanding of software development is a plus.
