This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design of the development process: You will coordinate with the Product Engineer and the Engineering Manager to create and enhance the product roadmap.
• Prioritization: You will be responsible for maintaining and prioritizing the development backlog, ensuring that the team consistently focuses on the most important tasks.
• Communication: As the central communication interface, you will integrate the perspectives of Operations, Development, Design, and other stakeholders.
• Requirements management: Together with the Product Engineer, you will formulate precise and actionable user stories.
• Further development: You will independently conduct necessary research for new features and delve into energy-related issues.
• Product quality: You will ensure that our product operates reliably through testing and validation of new functions.
• You possess strong analytical abilities, work in a structured manner, and exhibit a high degree of self-motivation.
• You have the ambition to continuously develop yourself and take responsibility for your topics.
• You have gained initial experience in the role of Product Owner or in a similar environment within software development.
• Ideally, you bring knowledge in building and energy technology or the real estate industry.
• You have a keen sense for structures and processes and enjoy designing them efficiently and in a team-oriented manner.
• You demonstrate excellent analytical skills, a high level of commitment, and initiative.
• You possess very good German language skills (minimum C1 level).
