This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Assist in the planning and implementation of software product initiatives across various client accounts.
β’ Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, converting them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
β’ Sustain and prioritize product backlogs while supporting project plans, timelines, and milestones.
β’ Facilitate activities between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure on-time product delivery.
β’ Monitor project progress, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, blockers, and action items, actively driving follow-up and resolution.
β’ Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
β’ Organize product roadmap activities, releases, and launch readiness while ensuring accurate project documentation.
β’ Create status updates and communicate with U.S.-based stakeholders, escalating blockers and managing change requests.
β’ Assist with AI-related initiatives and utilize platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to enhance research, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Coordinator, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar software-centric positions.
β’ Proficient in English at B2+ level; C1 level preferred.
β’ Familiarity with supporting or managing software products throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
β’ Practical experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or comparable project management tools.
β’ Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and widely used project management methodologies.
β’ Excellent project coordination, planning, and organizational abilities.
β’ Experience in gathering requirements and managing Agile product backlogs.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
β’ Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
β’ Nice-to-have: Experience with SaaS products; knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and software development processes; familiarity with user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation; exposure to AI-enabled products or digital platforms; familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools; experience in client-facing or multi-account settings; product roadmap planning and release coordination; collaboration with software development teams; experience with project scheduling or resource management tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet; CAPM, CSM, PMP, or similar certifications; and experience in distributed or international teams.
