Junior Product Manager, Payroll Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with instructors to develop courses, including content, exercises, and assessments.

• Conducting individual sessions with participants to address their professional inquiries.

• Providing tutoring sessions focused on skill enhancement.

• Reviewing and assessing final examinations.

• Evaluating and checking assignments for quality and accuracy.

• Updating and optimizing course materials regularly.

• Creating new exercises to enhance learning experiences.

• Coordinating session schedules and logistics.

• Assisting platform product managers with updates related to courses on our learning system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on professional experience in payroll accounting.

• A keen interest in staying current with digital trends and a passion for integrating new technologies and AI tools into your work.

• Possessing good to very good knowledge of DATEV software.

• Desirable initial experience in knowledge transfer or teaching, such as roles as a tutor, teacher/lecturer, adjunct instructor, or research assistant.

• A university degree or an equivalent qualification is required.

• Proficient German language skills, both written and spoken, are essential.

• Basic to good English skills, particularly for understanding digital tools, technical terminology, and documentation.
