Junior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Gather requirements effectively.

• Participate in both client and internal sessions, capturing structured notes and transforming raw requests into clear problem statements.

• Pose follow-up questions to uncover the actual needs behind a request before it proceeds to engineering.

• Write requirements proficiently.

• Create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to a consistently high standard.

• Ensure each story includes a clear rationale, testable acceptance criteria, and sufficient context so that engineering and QA do not have to make assumptions.

• Manage epic and ticket workflows.

• Decompose large work items into well-structured epics and stories.

• Keep dependencies and sequencing visible, while maintaining a clean and reliable backlog in Productboard and Azure DevOps.

• Track and document progress.

• Update the status of open client requests regularly and highlight anything that is becoming stale.

• Maintain internal documentation and release notes for the workstream.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, the Senior Product Manager, and Professional Services.

• Keep stakeholders informed and raise questions early instead of working in isolation.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management.

• Familiarity with Agile environments and product development processes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, or structured requirements.

• Analytical mindset with a strong interest in data-driven decision making.

• Organized and dependable, with a backlog that the team can trust.

• Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions on high-stakes accounts.

• Interest in SaaS, B2B, or customer-facing platforms is advantageous.

• Nice to Have - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or analytics tools.

• Exposure to ticketing, e-commerce, or similar platforms.
