Junior Product Illustrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design new artwork and complete collections in the established style of Hadley Designs across all product lines.

• Illustrate original components such as characters, motifs, patterns, and scenes that align with our charming, kid-friendly aesthetic.

• Transform the concepts and creative vision provided by the CCO into completed, production-ready product designs.

• Manage a design project from the initial handoff to the final build-out without needing to return work up the chain.

• Take ownership of the execution tasks that allow the CCO to focus on higher-level creative responsibilities.

• Prepare print and production files according to specifications.

• Ensure each piece adheres to the established style and brand identity across the entire product range.

• Maintain an evolving style reference to ensure consistency as the catalog expands.

• A portfolio showcasing original illustration work that reflects a cute, playful, kid-friendly, or product design aesthetic.

• Proficient use of Adobe Illustrator for native illustration (beyond mere file handling or layout).

• Capability to emulate and enhance an existing art style, ensuring new pieces integrate seamlessly with the originals.

• Strong aptitude for interpreting written and verbal creative guidance and producing finished work accordingly.

• Dependability in meeting deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
