Junior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create functional and visually appealing landing pages as well as web and desktop applications.

• Develop practical applications for both web and mobile platforms using Figma.

• Leverage AI to produce interactive prototypes.

• Outline user flows based on the specifications provided by clients.

• Collaborate with existing Design Systems with assistance from a colleague.

• Participate in client meetings to determine project requirements.

• Engage in internal meetings with Product Designers, Developers, and Product Owners to define application specifications.

• Present concepts to both the team and clients, integrating feedback from mentors, colleagues, leaders, and Product Owners.

• Assist with internal projects and company initiatives, including presentations and marketing materials.

• Work alongside clients in various sectors such as Fintech, Sportstech, Medtech, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating at least one UI project for desktop or mobile platforms.

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar role.

• A solid understanding of UX principles.

• Proficiency in the Figma environment.

• Familiarity with AI tools, such as Claude, utilized in the design workflow.

• Willingness to embrace AI and automation technologies.

• Capability to develop a basic style guide with UI components, with guidance.

• Insight into target users and the ability to assess products from a UX standpoint.

• Eagerness to conduct research when required.

• Competence in designing landing pages and application components based on provided specifications.

• Experience working with existing design assets, particularly style guides and UI kits.

• Ability to create responsive web designs.

• Practical design project experience involving AI and a desire to enhance AI skills.

• Proficient in written and spoken Polish at C1 level.

• Proficient in written and spoken English at C1 level.

• Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

• A problem-solving approach combined with strong communication skills.

• Openness to new concepts and viewpoints.

• Experience with marketing materials, illustration, branding, Webflow/Framer, After Effects/Jitter, or automation tools is a plus.
