This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Analyze comprehensive processes across various business functions to pinpoint bottlenecks, manual tasks, control deficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
• Question current operational methods and create practical future-state processes that prioritize simplicity, scalability, and measurable results.
• Organize workshops to uncover opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and sustain process documentation adhering to BPMN standards.
• Design and construct proof-of-concepts and prototypes utilizing workflow automation, low-code solutions, AI, and other digital technologies.
• Convert business challenges into actionable solution concepts and validate these with users.
• Configure workflows, automations, digital assistants, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, data teams, vendors, and implementation partners on enterprise-level solutions.
• Assess tools and technologies based on business value, usability, scalability, risk, and implementation efforts.
• Plan and execute small to medium-sized cross-functional projects through their implementation and transition.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, monitor progress, and address risks and dependencies.
• Play a role in strategic transformation initiatives as a workstream leader or subject-matter expert.
• Aid in communication, training, and the adoption of new processes and solutions.
• Establish ownership, governance, and documentation of processes.
• Gather feedback, track adoption, and continuously refine implemented solutions.
• Foster relationships across functions and serve as an implementation partner.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Process Management, Digital Transformation, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, automation, or project management.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing process enhancements or digital solutions.
• Practical experience with at least one workflow automation, low-code, RPA, or AI platform, such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SAP Build, UiPath, n8n, Make, or similar.
• Experience in creating proof-of-concepts, prototypes, or minimum viable products.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation while effectively communicating with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Proven ability to independently manage small to medium-sized projects and deliver measurable outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a curious and implementation-focused mindset.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Nice to have: experience with process mining or process intelligence tools such as Celonis or SAP Signavio.
• Nice to have: familiarity with APIs, data integration, SQL, or basic scripting.
• Nice to have: experience with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365, or enterprise workflow environments.
• Nice to have: Lean Management certification or equivalent continuous improvement training.
