Junior PLM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate client PLM requirements and processes.

• Develop and execute PLM solutions that align with client goals, including workflow design, data management, and integration with ERP/CRM systems.

• Configure and implement PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, and SAP PLM.

• Aid in developing PLM roadmaps, governance frameworks, and best practices for clients.

• Provide support for data migration, integration, testing, and user training.

• Suggest PLM best practices and enhancements to processes.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in PLM implementation.

• 3-8 years of consulting experience.

• Familiarity with PLM integration with ERP, MES, or CRM systems.

• Practical experience with PLM tools such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, or SAP PLM.

• Strong grasp of product development processes, BOM management, CAD integration, and change management.

• Experience in PLM system configuration, workflows, and data modeling.

• Capability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver results in a dynamic consulting environment.

• Knowledge of industry-specific product development processes (e.g., Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Life-Sciences/Pharmaceuticals).

• Certification in relevant PLM tools.

• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for diverse audiences.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities in the country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency).

• Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
