Junior Permits Analyst – Fire Protection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop Legal PPCI (Fire Prevention and Protection Project) in alignment with the regulations and technical guidelines set forth by the Fire Department in each respective state.

• Evaluate architectural and additional technical drawings to ensure compliance with fire safety standards.

• Assemble, organize, and submit comprehensive PPCI approval packages to the Fire Department, which include: drawings, technical reports and forms, ART/RRT (professional responsibility records), and necessary legal documents.

• Oversee the processes for acquiring and renewing AVCB / CLCB certificates, ensuring adherence to requirements and technical opinions.

• Address requirements, notifications, and official communications (comunique-se), proposing feasible technical solutions that adhere to legislative standards.

• Interact directly with the Fire Department, designers, engineers, architects, and internal teams.

• Assist in technical-legal feasibility studies concerning fire protection for new projects, expansions, or regularizations.

• Track deadlines, statuses, and schedules of approval processes at a national level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism, Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a relevant field.

• Demonstrated experience in preparing Legal PPCI and obtaining approvals from the Fire Department.

• Comprehensive understanding of state fire protection legislation and technical instructions.

• Proficient in interpreting and reconciling architectural and technical designs.

• Highly organized, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple simultaneous approval processes across various states.
