This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Execute and enhance paid search campaigns across various platforms.
• Support and refine paid social campaigns on different social media platforms and other relevant channels.
• Convert campaign data into actionable insights and performance suggestions.
• Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Assist in ongoing experiments related to marketing strategies, audience targeting, landing pages, ad formats, messaging, and creative content.
• Aid in the implementation and scaling of automation workflows, scripts, AI-assisted processes, and performance optimization tools.
• Ensure that the campaign structure, tracking, tagging, and attribution are correctly maintained.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to enhance messaging impact, ad performance, and audience engagement.
• Stay informed about trends in paid search, platform updates, automation capabilities, and advancements in AI within performance marketing.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Practical experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta campaigns independently, along with a solid understanding of performance strategy and execution across acquisition funnels.
• Strong analytical abilities with confidence in interpreting campaign data and generating insights.
• Experience with experimentation and optimization methodologies, including A/B testing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, AI tools, scripts, or workflow optimization in paid media settings.
• Understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• A proactive mindset, creative problem-solving approach, and interest in collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in high-growth B2C or subscription-based businesses.
• Experience in the EdTech sector is a plus.
