This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Assist in the daily oversight of core paid acquisition channels or Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.
• Aid in the development of scalable acquisition funnels by ensuring accurate tracking implementation and collecting data insights.
• Engage actively in the testing process by preparing new ad concepts, organizing creative assets, and establishing audience tests.
• Monitor campaign and funnel performance utilizing our primary tools (Voluum, GA4, internal dashboards) and promptly identify any significant changes or performance irregularities.
• Extract, clean, and systematize performance data (CPA, ROAS, retention) to facilitate weekly and monthly strategic evaluations.
• Maintain and refresh internal reporting documents and dashboards.
• Assist in the creative briefing process by gathering performance metrics and conveying necessary asset modifications and successful strategies to the content team.
• Collaborate with Product and Content teams to support the launch and testing phases for landing pages, concentrating on enhancing conversion rates.
• Help document and implement systems intended to expedite creative testing speed and minimize fatigue.
• Establish initial rapport with key traffic source representatives, aiding the Senior team in managing communications and reporting performance metrics.
• Investigate and record potential new acquisition opportunities (networks, formats, tools, etc.).
• Stay informed on platform regulations, policy modifications, and algorithm changes.
• At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition is required.
• Familiarity with the fundamental structures of major advertising platforms (such as Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) is essential.
• Capability to swiftly learn and master new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for effective ad hooks, with comfort in data handling/Excel to translate insights into creative briefs.
• Basic understanding of online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA) is advantageous.
• Experience with analytics or tracking tools (e.g., GA4, Voluum, or basic platform reporting setups) is a plus.
• Background in sensitive or regulated sectors (e.g., dating, femtech, telehealth, etc.) is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills: fluency in English with the ability to clearly express thoughts and findings.
