This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Administrative and process support: Preparing and updating P&C documentation (templates, presentations, reports, summaries) for the PBP Director OPS and PBP Manager.
• HR analytics support: Collecting and conducting preliminary analysis of HR data (absences, turnover, hiring, survey results) for the OPS area.
• Support for P&C processes: Assisting in the organization and execution of key P&C processes: onboarding, employee evaluations, Engagement Surveys, talent processes, and succession planning.
• Employee inquiries handling: Receiving and providing initial support for inquiries from employees and managers in the OPS area regarding P&C topics.
• P&C project support: Actively participating in P&C projects undertaken for the OPS area as a member of the project team.
• Collaboration with P&C CoE teams: Coordinating and tracking activities carried out by Centers of Expertise (L&D, C&B, Recruitment) for the OPS area.
• Experience in the HR field - 0-2 years in an HR role, internship or practical experience in P&C (experience with CoE: L&D, Talent Acquisition, C&B is also welcome).
• Proficiency in MS Office - Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas), PowerPoint, Word; readiness to work with data and independently prepare reports.
• Good organizational skills and priority management - ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic operational environment.
• Communication skills and proactivity - clear information delivery, active listening, initiative in completing assigned tasks.
• Openness to learning and adaptability - willingness to develop in the People & Culture area and readiness to operate in a changing environment.
• English language proficiency at a communicative level (minimum B2) - sufficient for working with group tools and documentation.
• Higher education or final year of study - fields: psychology, human resource management, management, business, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) - experience working in an HR system is a clear advantage.
• Familiarity with basic AI or digital tools - curiosity about technology and a willingness to implement new solutions in daily HR work.
• Experience or interest in operational and logistics environments - understanding the specifics of shift work and large teams is an additional plus.
