This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Ensuring that our clients' employees receive their monthly salaries accurately and punctually.
• Entering data into the system, validating information, and conducting calculations.
• Handling statutory documentation processing.
• Executing payroll operations and addressing employee inquiries via email or phone.
• Compiling reports, reconciling accounts, and processing payments.
• Evaluating payroll system functionalities.
• Proficient in English with exceptional communication abilities - a minimum of C1 level - as collaboration with clients in the UK is essential.
• Strong analytical skills - capable of integrating various data sets to understand trends and issues.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Effective time management skills - enabling you to organize your time efficiently and meet tight deadlines, even under pressure.
