This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Provide support and oversee payroll activities utilizing the designated ticket and payroll systems while adhering to established standards and client-specific requirements.
• Oversee and manage ticket queues with the appropriate tools to ensure timely resolution of tickets, preventing any exceedance of expected thresholds.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using the hrX suite of tools related to payroll processing and associated functions.
• Possess the ability to comprehend and interpret payslips.
• Understand and adhere to the payroll calendar.
• Identify any deviations from the standard scope of service and take action accordingly, including recognizing and supporting change request opportunities.
• Appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Generate and comprehend standard and client-specific payroll reports.
• Review and verify data for accuracy.
• Address basic payroll inquiries and requests through designated communication channels for the client (phone, e-mail, ticket).
• Engage in projects and activities as required and assigned.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in German and English (minimum B2 level).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits within an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing, or similar corporate setting.
• Flexibility to thrive in a global and fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems.
