This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Collaborate with payment data and assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines, transitioning from raw data to OBT, while integrating PSP, processing, and product-event data.
• Create an automated monitoring system for essential metrics.
• Design BI reporting and alert systems that function autonomously without manual involvement.
• Guarantee data integrity through automated checks for completeness, freshness, and accuracy.
• Detect and rectify data inconsistencies.
• Perform analytical research, prepare data, and derive conclusions to aid in team decision-making.
• Work alongside the payment team, data analysts, and data engineers.
• Manage requests, align metric logic, and ensure a shared understanding of data across teams.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Data Analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, including window functions, aggregations, and handling large datasets.
• Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and routine task automation.
• Experience with at least one BI tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase.
• Familiarity with key B2C product metrics, including conversion, funnel, retention, churn, and LTV/CAC.
• Interest in AI tools and their application for automating routine tasks; the company utilizes Claude Code.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of curiosity and a proactive approach.
• Willingness to accept feedback and take responsibility for tasks.
• Familiarity with dbt, Databricks, DWH, or other modern data stack components is advantageous.
• Experience in payment analytics or a solid understanding of payment processes and metrics—such as approval rates, chargebacks, refunds, fraud prevention, routing, and retry strategies—is a plus.
