Junior Partner, Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for achieving operational excellence and ensuring successful partnerships.

• Implement and continuously enhance processes for the ledgering and custody of cryptocurrency securities.

• Serve as the primary contact for partner management throughout the after-sales phase, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

• Assist and guide strategic client initiatives involving financial institutions.

• Execute operational procedures in partner management and customer success management.

• Aid in the implementation of regulatory obligations (e.g., DORA) and BaFin authorization protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business operations or project management within financial institutions.

• Strong understanding of and interest in digital assets and blockchain technology.

• Preferably experience in partner management or consulting roles.

• Strong process orientation coupled with a compliance-focused mindset.

• Quick learner with practical execution abilities.

• Eagerness to take ownership and manage intricate processes with accuracy.

• Excellent relationship-building skills, empathetic, and focused on solutions.

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Proficient in business-level German and English, both written and verbal.
