Junior Paid Social Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and initiate new ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Applovin according to the briefs provided by the performance team.

• Upload, categorize, and manage creative assets, targeting frameworks, and advertising copy.

• Conduct quality assurance checks to verify that campaigns align with brand and platform standards.

• Convert scripts provided by the agency into well-structured tasks in ClickUp for video editors and landing page designers.

• Ensure that briefs are comprehensive, organized, and easy for creative teams to implement.

• Keep a record of ongoing tasks, their completion status, and projected turnaround times.

• Assist in developing weekly performance dashboards utilizing data from Meta Ads Manager and landing page tools.

• Maintain internal documentation for spending, results, creative performance, and testing priorities.

• Input and organize performance data for analysis and creative evaluations post-campaign.

• Perform bi-weekly audits on creative materials and funnels for the assigned brands.

• Summarize audit findings and identify opportunities for ad, landing page, or audience segment optimization.

• Collaborate closely with media buyers, copywriters, and editors to ensure adherence to campaign deadlines.

• Assist with documentation and updates to internal standard operating procedures as necessary.

• Participate in scheduled team meetings and take responsibility for assigned follow-ups.

• Carry out any other related tasks that may arise and provide support to the team as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in Latin America and available to work from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

• Preferred 2+ years of experience in paid social (Meta Ads Manager) or a related marketing position.

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and ClickUp (or similar project management tools).
