This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Assist Senior Owner’s Advisors in effective planning, procurement development and strategy, project execution, and compliance for collaborative delivery projects.
• Serve as a communication bridge between the project owner and various stakeholders.
• Aid in the Owner’s selection of project delivery methods, facilitate market sounding, create Requests for Qualifications and Proposals, identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies, and evaluate responses.
• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience is essential.
• Generally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field is expected.
• Previous experience in managing small, straightforward projects is required.
• Previous experience and understanding of collaborative project procurement or delivery methods – such as Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC or GC/CM) – is preferred.
