Junior Outside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with specialty bicycle retailers in the Santa Catarina region.

• Discover and pursue new business opportunities.

• Monitor sales metrics and objectives.

• Analyze store and product performance, implementing strategies to optimize sales.

• Offer technical and commercial assistance to partner retailers.

• Engage in industry events and trade shows to showcase products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, ideally within the bicycle or sporting goods industry.

• Strong negotiation skills: adept at conducting sales discussions in a persuasive and ethical manner, always striving for the best results for both the company and the customer.

• Effective interpersonal communication: ability to convey information clearly and build trustworthy relationships with commercial partners.

• Market analysis skills: capable of interpreting market data, recognizing trends, and adapting sales strategies accordingly.

• Relationship management: foster close, long-term relationships with partner retailers, understanding their requirements and providing appropriate solutions.

• Conflict management skills: proficient in active listening, mediation, empathy, problem-solving, and conflict prevention.

• Proactive mindset: ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and consistently seek enhancements in the sales process.

• Technical expertise: knowledgeable about product specifications to advise and address inquiries from partner retailers.

• Results-driven and proactive.

• Willingness to travel.

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel routes.

• Familiarity with the bicycle market and retail bike channel (preferred).

• Experience with CRM or commercial management software (preferred).
