Junior Operations Manager, Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for achieving operational excellence and fostering successful partnerships between traditional banking and digital assets.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and partners, addressing customer inquiries effectively.

• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for institutional clients and partners.

• Collaborate closely with the COO and Head of Operations to support and manage strategic client projects.

• Implement and continually enhance processes related to crypto securities registry management and custody.

• Carry out operational tasks within the realms of Partner Management and Customer Success Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business operations or project management within financial institutions.

• A solid grasp of and strong enthusiasm for digital assets and blockchain technologies.

• A keen process orientation along with a strong compliance mindset.

• Ability to quickly understand complex situations and execute pragmatically.

• A proactive attitude towards responsibility and the capacity to manage intricate processes with precision.

• Excellent relationship-building abilities, an empathetic approach, and a confident, solution-oriented attitude when dealing with demanding clients.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficient in both German and English, with business-level fluency in writing and speaking.
