Junior Operations Analyst – Enrollments, Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact and focal point for isaac’s enrollment process, managing expectations and facilitating alignment meetings;

• Ensure that schools receive comprehensive training on isaac’s enrollment procedures through online sessions while offering support for operational inquiries;

• Oversee the complete setup and configuration process for enrollment operations, managing multiple schools concurrently and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs);

• Guarantee that schools enjoy an exceptional and pleasant experience with isaac;

• Identify and execute process enhancements to boost efficiency and quality.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to cultivate client relationships;

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work independently;

• High urgency to prioritize various tasks simultaneously, with an emphasis on quality, consistency in delivery, and meticulous attention to detail;

• Familiarity with CRM systems or operational tracking software;

• Proactive and team-oriented mindset, receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning;

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
