This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver consultative assistance to consultants, providing technical support and advice on both domestic and international travel.
• Execute quotations, reservations, and ticketing for flights, lodging, tour packages, excursions, transfers, car rentals, trains, and buses.
• Prepare and refresh quotes by validating fares, checking availability, and adhering to supplier regulations.
• Manage modifications, rebookings, cancellations, and refund requests efficiently.
• Oversee operational queues, monitor bookings, and ensure accurate issuance and confirmation of services.
• Engage in post-sale support, addressing incidents, discrepancies, special requests, and client needs.
• Cultivate relationships with airlines, hotels, international brokers, and other suppliers, managing negotiations and operational logistics.
• Handle payments, oversee vouchers, and organize booking documentation effectively.
• Configure and provide support for Wooba and Infotravel systems, opening support tickets when needed.
• Analyze dashboards and operational KPIs, contributing to enhancements in processes and service quality.
• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in booking and customer service within the travel/tourism industry.
• Familiarity with the issuance, reissuance, and cancellation of airline and ground transportation tickets.
• Background in hotel bookings, international tour packages, tickets, excursions, and dealings with international brokers.
• Experience collaborating with international suppliers and utilizing reservation systems.
• Proficient knowledge of GDS, NDC, and distribution systems related to bookings, ticketing, rebookings, and queue management.
• Understanding of ANAC regulations and airline policies concerning refunds, rebookings, and passenger rights.
• Acquainted with travel management systems, ideally Wooba and Infotravel.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English for communication with international suppliers.
• Spanish language skills are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, negotiation capabilities, proactivity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
