Junior Negotiation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the well-being of Aurum’s Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by achieving the financial objectives set for your portfolio.

• Secure revenue retention by addressing and reversing customer cancellation requests.

• Analyze the reasons behind cancellations and delinquency, and suggest enhancements.

• Manage clients with overdue or delinquent payments.

• Serve as an internal advocate for customers, articulating the needs and priorities of their subscribed plans.

• Guarantee a high-quality customer experience across all interaction points.

• Assist customers through chat, WhatsApp, phone, and/or video conferencing.

• Report potential issues to the technology team.

• Understand competitors and clearly communicate value propositions that favor Aurum.

• Anticipate future scenarios and create action plans to achieve desired outcomes.

• Ensure that customer interactions are properly logged in the company’s tools.

• Handle crisis situations and mitigate negative consequences.

• Master Aurum’s offerings and remain informed about new features.

• Develop an understanding of the legal market, trends, and competitors.

• Propose and execute improvements within the Revenue department.

• Exemplify Aurum’s values and culture.

• Participate in the team’s hiring processes and contribute to the growth of team members.

• At least one year of previous experience in negotiation or related fields (e.g., farmer, retention, expansion, pre-sales, sales, contracts, etc.).

• Experience in conducting negotiations over the phone.

• Basic understanding of data analysis and negotiation metrics.

• Plus: experience dealing with dissatisfied customers and/or managing crises.

• Plus: familiarity with Intercom.

• Plus: experience in the legal sector.

• Plus: experience with SenseData.
