Junior Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating motion graphics and video content for platforms including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and various other digital channels.

• Assist in crafting visuals driven by storytelling, emphasizing strong pacing, animation, and design fundamentals.

• Create transitions, animated typography, basic VFX, and compositing elements while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and producers to realize creative concepts.

• Revise and enhance assets based on feedback from internal teams and insights derived from performance data.

• Stay informed on motion design trends, emerging formats, and industry best practices.

• Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment while adhering to deadlines.

• Offer ideas and actively engage in brainstorming sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio that demonstrates motion design work and a solid understanding of design principles for performance marketing, including creating assets that are optimized for engagement, conversion, clarity, and platform-specific best practices.

• Proficiency in motion design and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects.

• Experience with Figma.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to accept feedback constructively and implement it effectively.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Preferred: Experience working with AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, and suno.ai.

• Familiarity with video automation techniques (expressions, MOGRTs, Essential Graphics, etc.).
