Junior Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Localize high-impact advertising creatives in over 35 languages while ensuring visual accuracy and alignment with brand standards.

• Incorporate translated text into video and banner creatives, focusing on layout, readability, and aesthetic harmony.

• Modify designs to accommodate text variations, such as expansion and contraction, as well as language-specific subtleties.

• Create platform-specific resizes for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, and other platforms.

• Guarantee that each resized asset retains visual clarity, hierarchy, and performance integrity across different formats and aspect ratios.

• Optimize export settings and file formats to comply with platform guidelines and technical specifications.

• Uphold exceptionally high quality standards across all outputs, ensuring error-free text, precise alignment, and refined animations.

• Review every localized creative for layout problems, truncation, typographical errors, legibility, and pacing consistency.

• Test and validate all outputs prior to submission for review.

• Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer and other motion designers to ensure efficient creative pipeline operations.

• Complete tasks within established deadlines while managing multiple localization and resizing projects concurrently.

• Work alongside Creative Producers to ensure all assets align with the intended messaging and creative vision.

• Keep current with global advertising trends, especially regarding formats, aspect ratios, and creative best practices.

• Learn and implement AI-enhanced workflows to improve production speed and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in producing video or graphic assets utilizing Adobe tools.

• Proven capability to juggle multiple creative projects and deliver high-quality results.

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Strong grasp of layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and typography principles.

• Basic knowledge of animation timing, spacing, and fundamental motion concepts.

• Ability to adhere to creative templates and consistently adapt existing designs across various formats.

• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced performance marketing setting.

• Extremely detail-oriented, particularly when dealing with text and layout-sensitive tasks.

• Familiarity with AI design or image-generation tools is a bonus.
