This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Maintain a 98% accuracy rate in campaign setup, ensuring correct targeting, bidding, and creative implementation.
• Adhere to detailed instructions provided by Senior Media Buyers to launch campaigns as planned.
• Ensure campaigns align with platform guidelines to prevent disapprovals or penalties.
• Conduct daily performance assessments on active campaigns, evaluating CTR, CPA, ROI, and other KPIs.
• Immediately report any anomalies or performance declines to the Senior Media Buyer.
• Implement minor optimizations (such as bid adjustments, creative swaps, and targeting tweaks) under senior supervision.
• Execute A/B tests as specified, ensuring that all variables are tracked and documented.
• Prepare 100% accurate weekly client reports utilizing data from ad platforms, Hyros, and other resources.
• Ensure all reports are submitted punctually, free of errors, and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in the compilation of post-campaign analysis reports to assess performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, tracking, and strategy teams to ensure campaign consistency.
• Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with your manager and provide status updates.
• Complete at least three advanced industry certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, YouTube Ads) within your first six months.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret performance data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with various teams.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and strategies.

• Have experience with tracking tools (Hyros, Google Tag Manager).
• Have obtained beginner certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or YouTube Ads.
• Are familiar with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Have experience working in a performance marketing or e-commerce environment.
• Compensation ranges from $20,000 to $30,000 per annum.
