Junior Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to establish campaign objectives and identify target audiences.

• Develop captivating marketing materials, including copy, visuals, and digital assets.

• Support digital marketing efforts such as social media, email campaigns, and content dissemination.

• Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness, offering insights and suggestions.

• Contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies and creative projects.

• Aid in the creation of marketing documents, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or a similar position.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• A keen interest in digital marketing, social media, and marketing analytics.

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or marketing platforms is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational capabilities.

• A creative mindset paired with a proactive approach.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment.

• A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the team's achievements.

• Experience with social media management tools is a plus.

• Basic understanding of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools is a plus.

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design software is a plus.

• Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot is a plus.
