
Junior Marketing – Campaign Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Assist in the development, scheduling, quality assurance, and launching of email and SMS campaigns utilizing Twilio and SendGrid under the guidance of senior team members.
• Aid in the setup and quality assurance of automated lifecycle flows, including onboarding sequences, re-engagement campaigns, retention triggers, and other lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Support the management of audience lists, segmentation criteria, suppression files, and the documentation of workflows.
• Collaborate with the design team to prepare and format email templates.
• Coordinate timelines for campaigns, internal deliverables, and marketing calendars to ensure timely campaign launches.
• Maintain organized libraries for marketing assets, templates, and campaign documentation.
• Assist in setting up A/B tests and documenting results for subject lines, CTAs, and content variations.
• Support campaign testing, tracking, and reporting across both email and SMS channels.
• Compile and maintain performance reports that track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, engagement, and unsubscribes.
• Help identify trends in campaign data and highlight opportunities for optimization and process improvements.
• Ensure all campaigns adhere to relevant regulations, including CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR.
• Assist with list hygiene tasks, including the management of bounces, opt-outs, and suppression lists.
• Maintain documentation related to campaign workflows, platform settings, operational processes, and process guides.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for marketing processes and operational workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and senior team members to align on campaign priorities and objectives.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure accurate campaign execution, timely asset delivery, and brand-consistent messaging.
• Engage in team meetings, share ideas, and ask questions.
• Up to 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles (including internships and relevant coursework).
• Basic understanding of email marketing concepts, such as deliverability, segmentation, open rates, and click-through rates.
• Comfortable working with data and digital tools; not hesitant to navigate dashboards or spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail: you notice what others might overlook and prioritize quality.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• A willingness to learn marketing platforms and evolve into a technical marketing role.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
