Junior Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of events hosted by CoverGo, partner webinars, and regional industry conferences.

• Investigate event opportunities across various regions, identifying options for speaking engagements, sponsorships, and networking.

• Manage event logistics, branding, speaker preparation, promotions, and post-event content.

• Work closely with regional sales and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of events.

• Generate organic content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms regarding products, thought leadership, and company milestones.

• Promote thought leadership content through interviews, quotes, and support for articles.

• Collaborate with a marketing designer to produce visual content.

• Aid in developing video scripts, storyboards, and screen recordings.

• Compose and distribute event invitations, promotional posts, and recap articles.

• Prepare and refresh sales and product marketing materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, and visuals.

• Support public relations activities with press-ready quotes, story angles, and background information.

• Ensure brand consistency across all content and marketing assets.

• Evaluate campaign performance across LinkedIn and other digital channels.

• Perform competitor research and monitor trends, messaging, and positioning.

• Track content performance and recommend improvements based on data analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.

• Internship experience is encouraged.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• A proactive approach to tasks.

• Familiarity with Canva, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.

• Comfortable collaborating with designers and assisting with light content creation, including video.

• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Must reside in the Philippines.
