This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop, oversee, and sustain content calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Produce compelling social media content and craft marketing copy for diverse campaigns.
• Coordinate the requests and briefs for creative assets with the design team.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure that marketing deliverables are finalized on time.
• Aid in brand awareness and organic lead generation efforts across various social media platforms.
• Assist in the creation, scheduling, and distribution of email marketing campaigns utilizing Brevo.
• Manage audience segmentation and follow-up sequences for marketing efforts.
• Track and report on email campaign performance metrics including open rates, click rates, and conversion rates.
• Compile weekly reports on social media performance, covering reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding throughout all marketing channels.
• Stay informed on social media trends, content ideas, and marketing best practices.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content marketing, or a related role (internships or freelance work are also accepted).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient copywriting abilities to generate engaging content for B2B audiences.
• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), including scheduling tools and platform analytics.
• Experience in planning and organizing content using tools like Notion, Metricool, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of the content creation process.
• A solid understanding of lead generation strategies and the role of content in supporting business growth.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Brevo or similar).
• Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn.
• Nice to have: Basic Canva skills for creating simple marketing assets.
• Experience in B2B and/or SaaS marketing.
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
• Experience in producing short-form video content for social media.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
