Junior Management Analyst – DoD Facilities Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform financial and analytical research to assist with DHA-FE program needs

• Aid in the creation of DHA-FE written communications, such as policy drafts, reports, and updates for leadership

• Help develop program documentation and ensure proper formatting of written materials

• Guarantee adherence to DoD/DHA standards

• Contribute to business process enhancements and strategic planning efforts

• Condense large amounts of information into succinct updates appropriate for senior leadership

• Work collaboratively with government personnel, subject matter experts, and contract staff

• Deliver programmatic, financial planning, technical writing, and strategic support to senior DHA leadership and facilities management stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, finance, marketing, or operations management

• Five years of pertinent experience in Military Health System (MHS) financial analysis, technical writing, or a related discipline

• Two years of experience with the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system

• Understanding of the DoD and DHA structure

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to distill large volumes of information into concise updates for senior leaders

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word editing and formatting tools

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat

• Capacity to develop and support strategic planning initiatives and enhance business processes

• U.S. Citizenship is required

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Must not hold dual citizenship
