Junior M&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Working under the direction of the Corporate Finance team, you will engage in international external growth initiatives:

• Conduct research and analysis of financial, sectoral, and strategic data.

• Identify and assess potential targets, buyers, or strategic partners on a global scale.

• Take part in prospecting efforts, initial outreach, and ongoing communications with counterparties.

• Execute financial analyses, including valuation, adjustments, public comparables, and transaction comparables.

• Create M&A materials such as teasers, information memorandums, presentation documents, and execution files.

• Assist in both buy-side and sell-side processes in collaboration with the Corporate Finance team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently a Master’s student (M1) or on a gap year, enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university, with a focus on Corporate Finance, corporate finance, or M&A.

• Previous experience in M&A, Transaction Services, Private Equity, auditing, consulting, or financial analysis is valued.

• A strong enthusiasm for external growth transactions, financial analysis, and international settings.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrates rigor, curiosity, independence, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate within a team.

• Excellent professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
