This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Implement thorough data collection, development, and analysis to support operational processes with an emphasis on relevance, precision, and accuracy.
• Conduct detailed analysis on critical entities within our People Intelligence data product to ensure data is current and accurate.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify patterns, extract insights, and spot discrepancies in data quality.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate data quality or create workflows aimed at improving data completeness.
• Operate in an agile environment, within an operational framework, while facilitating interactions among subject matter experts across various teams.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience with a focus on people intelligence.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and statistical research.
• Excellent analytical skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Effective time management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively across different teams.
• Proficient in conducting advanced web-based research.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other data management systems.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as PowerBI, QuickSight, or similar is advantageous.
