Commission Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the sales commission processes utilizing Spiff.

• Confirm commission calculations and guarantee accurate payouts in line with compensation plans.

• Review sales transactions, bookings, and revenue data between Salesforce and Spiff.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and inquiries regarding commissions from sales representatives and managers.

• Provide assistance with New Booking calculations.

• Create recurring and ad hoc commission reports for leadership and stakeholders.

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual commission processing cycles.

• Keep records of compensation plans, commission rules, and process workflows.

• Aid in testing and implementing changes to commission plans and system improvements.

• Monitor data integrity; identify and act on opportunities for process enhancements and automation.

• Collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations to ensure that commission payments align with company objectives.

• Support quota management, territory adjustments, and administration of compensation plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field; or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Compensation Administration, Data Analysis, or a related area.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret and verify data.

• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and lookups; experience with pivot tables and data reconciliation is advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across various departments.
