Junior Loan Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accurately collecting, reviewing, and organizing vital financial documentation from clients in a timely manner.

• Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships through clear, proactive, and professional communication throughout the onboarding journey.

• Responding to client inquiries regarding BHG, our financial offerings, and the loan origination process.

• Assisting loan officers and senior processors to ensure the smooth progression of applications from submission to funding.

• Keeping a detailed record of all client interactions, updates, and activities within internal systems in an organized and compliant way.

• Working collaboratively across departments to guarantee a seamless transfer of client files and adherence to company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A genuine enthusiasm for financial services and a commitment to a customer-focused environment.

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or financial services (experience in loan processing is advantageous).

• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the confidence to take initiative and guide clients through their journey.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to set, achieve, and surpass performance goals in a deadline-oriented environment.

• Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere where adaptability and resilience are essential.

• **Travel requirement:** Within the first six months of employment, all employees will travel to participate in the BHG All Oars Experience. After this event, ongoing travel is minimal—approximately 5% annually—for team meetings, on-site visits, and cross-functional collaboration.
