Junior Legal Counsel – Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assisting TRM’s global Go To Market (“GTM”) team with a variety of commercial agreements

• Taking the lead on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating vendor agreements

• Managing substantial legal operations projects, including improving the Legal team’s internal use of AI tools

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience at a prestigious law firm or a rapidly growing technology company

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school, with active bar admission in at least one U.S. state

• Background in supporting a fast-moving, dynamic sales organization

• Proven experience in negotiating technical vendor and SaaS agreements

• Exceptional communicator who is a service-oriented self-starter

• Must be solution-focused and client-friendly in a high-pressure environment

• Must possess executive presence to effectively negotiate
