Junior Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Engage in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications built on Java.

• Produce clean, efficient, and thoroughly documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.

• Aid in the development of backend services and APIs utilizing Java and the Spring Framework.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and senior developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Assist in diagnosing, debugging, and resolving technical challenges.

• Contribute to database-related activities, such as crafting and optimizing SQL queries.

• Participate in code reviews and embrace feedback to continually enhance code quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in software development.

• Demonstrated professional experience in Java development.

• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), analysis, and design principles, including common design patterns.

• Proficient knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.

• Familiarity with the Spring Framework / Spring Boot.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
