Junior IT Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Microsoft 365 Administration: Oversee and support Microsoft 365 environments, including user management, security configurations, and service setups utilizing tools such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.

• IT Support & Troubleshooting: Deliver Tier I and II support within the ITIL framework utilizing Jira IT Service Management to ensure prompt resolution of incidents and service requests.

• Project Collaboration: Leverage Jira for monitoring project tasks, issues, and progress while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams using communication platforms like Microsoft Teams and Front.

• System Integration: Aid in the integration of Microsoft 365 services with the existing IT infrastructure and third-party applications.

• Documentation: Keep thorough documentation of systems, processes, and support activities in the company's Confluence to promote knowledge sharing and continuity.

• Continuous Improvement: Recognize opportunities for system enhancements and process optimizations through analytics tools like Power BI to enhance efficiency and service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• For Experienced Candidates: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required; equivalent work experience will also be considered.

• For Graduate Program Applicants: Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

• A strong enthusiasm for IT consulting along with a genuine desire to learn and develop within the field.

• For Experienced Candidates: A Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification is mandatory.

• Additional certifications from Microsoft and/or other vendors are advantageous.

• For Graduate Program Applicants: A willingness to pursue Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, with assistance and resources offered by Blue Hybrid Cloud.

• For Experienced Candidates: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry is required, preferably in a consulting or support role, with a background in Enterprise consulting being highly desirable. Daily activities will involve identifying opportunities and challenging customers to think ahead for scalable solutions. Hands-on experience with Jira for project and issue tracking is necessary, along with familiarity with the ITIL framework and experience working in ITIL-based support environments.

• For Graduate Program Applicants: No prior professional experience is required; internship experience or academic projects related to IT administration, support, or consulting are beneficial.
