This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team to convert existing Storyline courses into Synthesia courses.

• Develop new Synthesia content based on topics provided by clients.

• Export content from Storyline while ensuring proper access to source data.

• Prepare scripts for Synthesia and utilize AI tools to create scripts that are suitable for narration.

• Produce videos in bulk using selected AI avatars and batch generation capabilities.

• Upload completed Synthesia courses into a Learning Management System (LMS).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience as an Instructional Designer.

• Previous experience with Storyline, Synthesia, or other interactive e-learning authoring tools designed for branching scenarios and complex custom logic.

• Familiarity with AI-driven video generators used to create videos from text scripts.

• Strong practical experience in producing training videos, marketing content, and internal communications.

• Outstanding written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information into clear and concise content for various audiences.

• Capability to collaborate effectively across global time zones and teams.
