Junior Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Export content from Storyline.

• Develop new course materials as directed by our client.

• Prepare scripts for Synthesia.

• Generate videos in bulk.

• Upload, test, and deploy content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Instructional Designer.

• Previous experience with Storyline, Synthesia, or other interactive e-learning authoring tools.

• Familiarity with AI-driven video generation tools.

• Strong practical experience in producing training videos, marketing materials, and internal communications.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Capability to collaborate across global time zones and teams.
