• Perform high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers in search of additional financing.
• Utilize phone, email, and text communication to assist prior clients with new funding applications.
• Assess client needs and match them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with past customers to gather feedback on their experiences and foster repeat business.
• Keep accurate and current lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in solving problems and completing tasks.
• Work collaboratively with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified leads for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly process-oriented with solid organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Paid Training - typically lasting 1 week, from 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday (MST).
• Benefit eligibility starts on the 1st of the month after 60 days.
