• Execute a high-volume outreach strategy (120–200 calls daily) to previous customers looking for additional funding.
• Utilize phone, email, and text communications to assist former clients with new financing applications.
• Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with past customers to gain insights into their experiences and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure accurate and current lead statuses are maintained within the CRM system.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in overcoming challenges and completing tasks.
• Work in collaboration with Senior Sales Representatives by passing on qualified prospects for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly process-oriented with robust organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Paid Training - typically lasting 1 week from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST).
• Status - Full Time 40 hours, eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 60 days.
