
Junior Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Perform high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers in search of additional funding.
• Engage through phone, email, and text to support previous clients with new financing applications.
• Assess client needs and match them with suitable product options.
• Reconnect with past customers to gather feedback on their experiences and foster repeat business.
• Keep accurate and current lead statuses within the CRM system.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in resolving issues and completing tasks.
• Work collaboratively with Senior Sales Representatives by passing qualified prospects for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, with the ability to quickly build rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Paid Training - typically lasting 1 week from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST).
• Status - Full Time, 40 hours per week, benefits eligible the 1st of the month following 60 days.
