• Perform high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers in need of additional funding.
• Engage through phone, email, and text to support past clients with new financing applications.
• Assess client needs and match them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with previous customers to gain insights into their experiences and foster repeat business.
• Keep accurate and current lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and completing tasks.
• Work collaboratively with Senior Sales Representatives by passing on qualified prospects for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly process-oriented with robust organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Paid Training - typically lasting 1 week from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST).
• Eligibility for benefits starts on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
