This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.
• Execute high-volume outreach efforts (120–200 calls daily) to former clients in search of additional funding.
• Engage through phone, email, and text to support previous clients with new financing applications.
• Assess client needs and match them with suitable product solutions.
• Reconnect with past customers to gather feedback on their experiences and foster repeat business.
• Keep precise and current lead statuses within the CRM platform.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in resolving issues and completing tasks.
• Work alongside Senior Sales Representatives by passing on qualified leads for closing.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship-building with the ability to quickly create rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly process-oriented with robust organizational capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Paid Training - typically lasting 1 week from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST).
• Employment Status - Full Time 40 hours, eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 60 days.
