
Junior Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Perform high-volume outreach (120β200 calls daily) to former customers in need of additional capital.
β’ Engage through phone, email, and text to support past clients with new financing applications.
β’ Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product offerings.
β’ Reconnect with previous customers to gain insights into their experiences and encourage repeat business.
β’ Keep precise and current lead statuses in the CRM system.
β’ Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in resolving issues and completing tasks.
β’ Work collaboratively with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified leads for closure.
β’ 1β3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
β’ Strong skills in building relationships and the capacity to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Highly organized with a strong focus on processes.
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Starting pay - $15/hr plus a shift differential (an additional $1/hr for nights and weekends).
β’ Paid training - usually lasts 1 week from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (EST).
β’ Employment status - Full Time, 40 hours, eligible for benefits starting the 1st of the month after 60 days.
