• Perform high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers in need of additional capital.
• Engage through phone, email, and text to support past clients with new financing applications.
• Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with previous customers to gain insights into their experiences and encourage repeat business.
• Keep precise and current lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in resolving issues and completing tasks.
• Work collaboratively with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified leads for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong skills in building relationships and the capacity to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on processes.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Starting pay - $15/hr plus a shift differential (an additional $1/hr for nights and weekends).
• Paid training - usually lasts 1 week from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (EST).
• Employment status - Full Time, 40 hours, eligible for benefits starting the 1st of the month after 60 days.
